A lived experience, grounded in modern and ancient healing
I’m Ketan, I’ve started my career far from the wellness world, however, the work I do comes directly from my own lived experience. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or pushed to your limits — and I also know how powerful it is when the nervous system finally gets a chance to settle. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Marma, and breathwork helped me rebuild myself during some of the hardest physical, mental and emotional moments of my life, and now I offer the same gentle support to others. My approach is simple: create a safe space, listen to your system, and help your body remember its own strength and clarity. If you’re feeling stressed, tense, or not quite yourself, this is a place to breathe, unwind, and come back home to who you truly are.
