I started my career far from the wellness world. After completing my Honors in Accounting Sciences, I entered the corporate space — working in audit, internal audit, finance, and operations at a multinational organization. Those years taught me the importance of human connection and authenticity, it also highlighted how fundamental it is for me to walk my own journey and to have courage and faith to take the road less travelled. Interestingly, these same qualities now guide my therapeutic work.
But my relationship with health began much earlier. During my teenage years, weighing in at 110 kg, I decided to take responsibility for my wellbeing. It started with the discipline of waking up at 4am to begin my day with exercise and a clear understanding of what to eat, I lost 40 kg in nine months. During this journey I learnt about discipline, structure, and the value of steady, consistent effort. It showed me that the body responds beautifully when treated with commitment and care — lessons that still anchors me today. Health and fitness remains a big part of my life: as I enjoy road running, strength training, and yoga.
During university, I discovered pranayama and yogic breathing through The Art of Living Foundation. At a time when stress and overwhelm made academics feel impossible, these practices completely shifted my focus, energy, and emotional balance. With just a few minutes of daily breathwork, I went from struggling to pass modules to achieving distinctions — a life-changing lesson in how profoundly the body and mind are connected.
Later, personal trauma and health challenges introduced me to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)- not as a career path, but as a lifeline! The gentle therapy restored my physical, mental, and emotional equilibrium in ways I hadn’t imagined possible. Inspired by this transformation, I trained professionally and became a certified BCST therapist in 2023..
I combine craniosacral therapy, Sri Sri Marma, and breathwork to support your nervous system, promote recovery, and enhance resilience. My work is gentle and holistic — designed to help you:
- Reduce stress and tension
- Recover faster from physical or emotional challenges
- Improve energy, focus, and clarity
- Restore balance in mind and body
Each session is a collaborative space where your body and nervous system can safely reset, leaving you rejuvenated, aligned, and ready to thrive.
I’m driven by a simple goal: to help athletes perform at their best by nurturing a well-regulated nervous system. By supporting focus, mental clarity, and resilience, I help them thrive in the highly competitive world of sports. Beyond the playing field, I work with corporate executives to bring balance and stress relief into high-pressure environments, and I am passionate about developing accessible wellness programs across South Africa—helping people reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and building resilience.
In addition to my private practice, I am dedicated to facilitating mental health programs across South Africa, helping people reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and build resilience.
